1. PURPOSE

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all transactions between Dissil Gardens (hereinafter referred to as "the Vendor") and any customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") on the www.lesjardinsdissil.com. They specify the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products and/or services offered by the Vendor.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By validating an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read the present GTC and agrees to abide by them unreservedly.
The Vendor reserves the right to modify the GCS at any time. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the date of the order.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Les Jardins Dissil offers [Stays, Cosmetic products...]

• Description of products/services Each product/service is accompanied by a detailed description.
• Availability The offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and within the limits of available stocks.

4. ORDERS

The ordering process is as follows:

1. Selection of desired products/services.
2. Cart validation.
3. Enter personal information and contact details.
4. Acceptance of terms and conditions.
5. Secure payment.

A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer once the order has been validated. The Vendor reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of :

• Non-payment.
• Incorrect information provided by the Customer.

5. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

• Price The prices indicated on the Site are in euros (€), all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified before the order is validated.
• Payment Orders are payable online using secure methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal).

In the event of non-payment, the Vendor will suspend the order until payment has been made.

6. DELIVERY

• Deadlines Delivery times are specified when the order is placed and vary according to the product/service.
• Fees Shipping costs are detailed in the order summary.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or to force majeure events.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

• Conditions Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
• Procedure To exercise this right, the Customer must contact the Vendor at the following address: contact@lesjardinsdissil.com.

Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.

8. GUARANTEES

All products sold by the Vendor benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a problem, the Customer must contact the Seller to report any defect or non-conformity.

9. LIABILITY

The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Site or the products/services sold, except in the case of gross negligence or intent.

10. PERSONAL DATA

The information collected at the time of the order is necessary for its treatment. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.

Failing agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the place of the Seller's registered office.
